been observed that to file a case, to obtain information
about registration of a matter or objection raised in the
matter, to submit request for the certified copy, to get
delivery of the copy, to get information about the
payment being made in a case or to get information about
next stage, one has to approach the concerned
authorities and run around the court premises to fulfill
the requirements. It is also noticed that the
interaction between concerned desk officer or clerk also
consumes the available time of the office in answering
the queries of citizen/advocate. But in this e-Suvidha
project all the facilities from filing of various
applications, depositing the required fees and ensuring
the delivery at given time may be provided at single
point. This facility in the form of e-Suvidha is
provided in every district.

Case Status : This will display the online status of
the case being heard on the respective day. The
display may be on a TV or Screen located centrally
in court premises as like railway timing status
displayed on railway station. The status will
display the Case No (Along with the name of the
appellants and advocates) which is currently being
heard in the respective Court. It will also display
the case which is next due for hearing. This will
enable the people to manage properly the time
schedule and will guide to proceed to the respective
fact all the queries that are normally asked and
satisfied by Court Administrative Staff will be made
